TWHS FALLS TO OAK RIDGE

HIGHLANDERS LOOK TO REBOUND THURSDAY AT SUMMER CREEK

The Woodlands fell behind early and was never able to catch up to Oak Ridge Monday night, falling 18-5 at Scotland Yard. The Highlanders were able to pound out 11 hits in the game with Chris Andritsos, Zach Gartner, Matt Jennings, and Ben Gooch each recording multiple hits. TWHS will battle Summer Creek Thursday night.

The Woodlands fell to state #1 Pearland 6-0 Friday night in a non-district game at Oiler Field. Nick White and Jarred Miles each recorded hits in the game while Kyle Flowers took the loss on the mound despite recording 4 strikeouts in 3 1/3 innings. The Highlanders return to district play Monday night against Oak Ridge.

THSBCA has released its March 19th update for its Texas State poll. Click HERE to check out the updated rankings.
